The Casa Bella apartment building in Koreatown, LA is exactly as beautiful as its name declares. It was built in the fanciful Spanish Revival style and maintains an old-world feel while embracing modern flourishes. 


Step through the front doors into a grand foyer where a vintage gated elevator is waiting to whisk you up to your apartment. The Casa Bella building includes a mixture of studio and one-bedroom apartments for rent.

Constructed in the late 1920s, Casa Bella has been renovated with a careful eye toward preserving its original character. 


Spanish tiles, porcelain soaking tubs, brick walls, and gorgeous dark hardwood floors are present throughout. Track lighting has been added to accentuate each unit’s charm. Several units also include built-in bookcases and vanities. It is truly **chef’s kiss**.

Good Goose Cafe


Location: 5210 Hollywood Blvd


Good Goose Cafe is a Fast-Casual restaurant serving unique modern Thai dishes with original flair. The owner was inspired by their mom’s cooking and their favorite street and local foods in Thailand and wanted to bring them to Los Angeles, Ca. 


Most of our menus have been crafted to represent authentic original dishes, they have also created their own recipes that you won’t find in other Thai restaurants.

They try to make every dish flavorful and as close as you can get to being in Thailand. Have no fear if you’re not one for hot foods, the spice levels are adjusted to taste. 


Wirsthaus


Location: 345 N La Brea Ave


Wirtshaus is a modern German restaurant and pub, that specializes in authentic German food and freshly tapped beer since it opened in 2011. In fact, they feature over 35 German beers as well as a great selection of German and Austrian wines.


They are famous for regular events such as Oktoberfest, Sunday Brunch, Bavarian Night, and hosting soccer matches.



Authenticity is the key for Wirtshaus, and they strive to bring us all the best in traditional German cuisine. Their menu includes various versions of schnitzel, sausages, potato pancakes, currywurst, and of course, pretzels. It also includes vegetarian options and kid-friendly dishes! 

The atmosphere at the Wirtshaus is fun, laid back, and “gemütlich”. What does that even mean? You’ll have to find out for yourself. Or Google it.

Southland Beer


Location: 740 S Western Ave #112,


Southland Beer is a craft beer and natural wine bar and bottleshop in Koreatown, Los Angeles. 

They offer sixteen rotating taps of craft beer and cider, plus wines by the glass. They also have a small bottleshop in the back room where you can grab bottles and cans to go or drink them on site. 

Their selection of local craft beer, wine, cider, hard seltzer, and kombucha is specially curated to bring you the best.

They have a small bar snack menu but you may also bring in outside food or order from Iki Ramen next door.



They’re located just steps from the Wiltern, making them a great option as a pre-game spot for a concert. 

 

Mama Lion


Location:  601 S Western Ave


Residents of Koreatown and visitors alike flock to Mama Lion restaurant, bar, and lounge. It has great drinks, cocktails, happy hours, and a chef-curated menu. They often feature live music from smooth jazz to some of L.A’s best DJs. 


They just launched a new menu created by renowned Chef Ricardo Zarate. It now features his signature South American taste with a cultural flair that’s as diverse as L.A. itself. 


With everything that’s going on, Mama Lions is an epicenter for Los Angeles’ diverse culture. In fact, Mama Lion’s roots date back to the halcyon days of the ’70s and ’80s.

Mo’s House of Axe


Location: 611 Southwestern Ave. 


Eat. Drink. Throw Axes. 


No seriously. In short, Mo’s is all about throwing axes and having a great time. But not just throwing… throwing them well. Throwing with style. 

Their ax-throwing bar and restaurant is a thrilling yet relaxing place to be. With guidance from their Axe Coaches, you’ll learn to stick it, compete and have a blast.

Seoul Salon

Seoul Salon Restaurant & Bar is a locally owned business that is quality-driven to provide the best products to their customers.


They enjoy offering their customers classic Traditional Korean Fusion as well as creative and playful dishes that they have conceptualized while keeping fresh and seasonal ingredients in mind.

Their setting is cozy, yet comfortable, appropriate for any occasion, from an intimate dinner for two, to that special occasion celebrated with friends.

Kitchen Sooda


Location: 1555 Vine St #527s


The goal of the Kitchen Sooda Gastropub is to provide the community with a unique and creative dining experience by using high-quality food, beer, wine, and soju. 


This exclusive experience is achieved by their upbeat and efficient staff and the use of fresh ingredients to create our one-of-a-kind, made-from-scratch dishes.


Their menu includes recommended items such as Cajun Seafood, Army Stew, and Charcoal Whole Chicken. 

R Bar


Location: 3331 West 8th St.

The R Bar is an American-style restaurant and bar in the heart of Koreatown in Los Angeles. They are proud to be female-owned and to be a part of such an amazing neighborhood. 


They offer American-style food offerings – think chicken tenders, fries, and burgers – and specialty cocktails. If you are looking for something fun to do they host events like karaoke, trivia, DJs, and other special events every week.
