Schedule a Viewing:

Finding the perfect apartment is an exciting process, and we'd love to show you around! To schedule a viewing of one of our available apartments, simply visit the building page you’re interested in and click “Schedule a Showing” at the bottom of the page. Our friendly and knowledgeable team will be delighted to help you arrange a convenient time for your visit. We understand that everyone has different schedules, so we offer flexible viewing appointments to accommodate your needs.

Reporting Maintenance Issues:

At LA Urban, we strive to provide a comfortable living environment for all our residents. If you encounter any maintenance issues within your apartment or common areas, we're here to address them promptly. To report a maintenance concern, you have a couple of options:

Maintenance Request Form:

1. Maintenance Request Form: Click here to navigate to the Residents section and login. Fill out the maintenance request form with details about the issue, including your contact information and preferred date and time for maintenance personnel to access your apartment. Our skilled maintenance team will be dispatched to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Call or Email:

If you prefer a more direct approach, feel free to contact your manager or send them an email. Our managers will be ready to listen to your concern and assist you promptly. Please provide specific details about the issue, your contact information, and any relevant access instructions when contacting us. If you have photos of the issue that can help us identify the problem. Please include them in your email or maintenance message.

Our building managers are dedicated to fostering a positive and thriving community within our apartments. Whether you have questions, suggestions, or simply want to say hello, we encourage you to connect with our building manager. Here's how you can reach out:

In-Person: If you're in the building, feel free to reach out via email to schedule an appointment. Our managers are always happy to meet with residents, address any concerns, and provide assistance when needed.


Email: For non-urgent matters or if you prefer written communication, you can send an email directly to our building manager, you can find their contact info on the individual building pages. They will respond to your message within 48 hours.


Phone: If you have an urgent matter or prefer a more immediate response, please call your manager at the number listed on their building page.
