The individual units, one-bedroom, and studio apartments have gorgeous exposed brick and original hardwood floors. Ever practical as well, the units have built-ins ranging from vanities to kitchen hutches.

Track lighting and modern kitchen appliances complement the units and give them a contemporary touch – without losing any of the charm!

Koreatown is one of our favorite neighborhoods – seriously, we’ve written about it extensively. We love the vast variety of businesses you can frequent, the food, the entertainment…everything! The vibes, as the kids say, are immaculate.

There are neighborhoods within neighborhoods in Koreatown, each worth getting acquainted with. We know you’ll love Plaza Cordova’s neck of the woods! Here are a few of our favorite spots:

Since its founding in 1977, JONS Fresh Marketplace has been a family-owned grocery chain serving the people – and palates! – of greater Los Angeles.
They are, first and foremost, a general, wide-ranging supermarket featuring all the products, brands, and services that you’ll find at any of their competitors (they always have, and they always will).
But they also offer something more: uniquely invested in the LA community, JONS honors the distinctive tastes of its neighborhoods and the adventurous spirit of its city. Those who live here in LA know exactly what is meant by that.
Their customers crave well-known favorites and access to a true diversity of tastes. So, as well as showcasing every item you’ve come to expect from your one-stop grocery store, they search the globe for hard-to-find foods – as delicious and unbeknownst to some, as deliciously familiar to others – with a commitment that makes them an LA staple.
