Good News For Our Residents

May 4, 2021

We are always trying to make the lives of our residents (and future residents) easier and more comfortable. This is why we brought in Appfolio, a property management software. It has a bunch of new features that are super easy to use, intuitive, and stress-free! The features also make it so that many of the day-to-day needs can be done virtually, when it comes to Urban LA Living – which we know is important for the health & wellness of our residents these days. Also, yay for never having to leave the couch, right?

Here’s some of the perks of Appfolio.

Make Payments Online

Gone are the days of writing checks. It’s a virtual world and we’re just livin’ in it. Make your rent payments easily online in a no-touch, stress free, quick & easy process. You can now pay your rent while you’re knocking out your Netflix queue, lounging by the pool, or scrolling the ‘gram while you’re on the toilet (no shame here, we all do it). You also have access to your own virtual portal so you can see exactly what you’re paying for no more wondering how much your water bill will be.

Make Maintenance Requests Online

We have worked hard to renovate and maintain our awesome vintage buildings so that they are a great place to live but sometimes things can go wrong or break. If you need any maintenance done or have an inquiry for your building manager, that can all be submitted through an online form. It’s so simple you could train your dog to do it. Which would be a really cool trick. Make sure to tag us if you do that.

It’s Easier To Find Available For Rent Apartments

If you’re looking for apartments to rent in Los Angeles, it’s now even easier on our website. Our units are some of the best to live in. They have history & charm but also all the modern amenities you need. Whether you’re looking for apartments for rent in Downtown LA, Koreatown, or Hollywood our website will show you the details of our available properties and provides an easy form to fill out to request a viewing. Your new apartment is literally, just a click away!

It’s been a stressful year for all of us and we’re doing our part to alleviate some of that for you by making your to-do list easier to tick off. Feel free to reach out whenever, we’re always here to help!
